The pretty and cozy 3.5-room maisonette apartment “Gamsalpblick” is located on the sunny slopes of Wildhaus, in the Gründli district. The apartment was renovated in 2023 and offers the highest level of living comfort on two floors. One bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with three single beds and enough space to play, are perfect for families. The living and dining room is furnished with high-quality furniture, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The apartment has a storage room and a washing machine and dryer for shared use. Pure sun and a breathtaking view of the Toggenburg mountains can be enjoyed from the spacious balcony. It has enough seating options. The road to the house is cleared in winter, but a car with 4x4 drive and/or snow chains is an advantage. A parking space in the underground car park nearby and other outdoor parking spaces are available.

The holiday home (semi-detached family house) is located in the quiet Wildhaus district "Schönau", which also gives the house its name. The house, which stands directly behind the Hotel Restaurant Schönau, was renovated inside and out in 2018 and offers high living comfort, but without any frills. Quiet and yet central, as the PostAuto and ski bus stops are located right at the front of the street. The highlight of the house is the wonderful outdoor area, which was supplemented in 2020 by a new seating area with a fireplace. On the balcony you can catch the first hours of sunshine in the morning, and on the terrace facing south-west you can enjoy the evening sun. Always with a magnificent view of the Churfirsten. You can reach the house directly via the garage, which also offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living and dining area is completed with a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms for a total of 5 people are available to you. Particularly cool for kids is the room with a "mattress bed". Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower. The house is perfect for family holidays or an outing with friends. After an eventful day, you can wind down in the evening sun or let your thoughts run free by the crackling fire. Pets are not permitted.
On the neighbouring property, an extension will be constructed from May to September 2026. During this time, there may occasionally be construction noise on weekdays during the day. The 3.5-room holiday flat is located in Wildhaus opposite the old Hotel Acker. Ideal for all winter sports enthusiasts, the ski bus stops directly in front of the house. During the summer months, it is the ideal starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities. The terrace also invites you to linger and everything is ready for a BBQ. The flat is part of an apartment block that was newly built in 2013 and is very centrally located. The valley station of the cable cars, the local chemist or the nearest restaurant are just a few minutes' walk away. There is a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the basement is the laundry and drying room, equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, which are available for general use. A parking space is available in the underground car park with direct access to the house. There is also a ski and snowboard rack. The bright and modern holiday flat is ideal for families and is the perfect place to relax and put your feet up after an eventful day. Pets are also very welcome.28 reviews
