Description
The 4-room flat Lisighaus is centrally located in Wildhaus and is easily accessible by car or public transport. The valley station of the mountain railway, the nearest bus stop, the local drugstore or a restaurant are just a few minutes' walk away. Although the flat is on the main road, it is south-facing and therefore away from the traffic, making it very quiet. Only the bathroom is on the street side. The holiday flat was the first property in Berg & Bett's portfolio in 2016 and will be refurbished and partially refurnished in 2023. The perfect flat for families or a trip with friends. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a modern kitchen with a spacious dining area. The cosy living room is located between the two bedrooms. The garage leads directly into the flat. There is also a seating area under the house for general use, as well as a storage room for your utensils and a laundry and drying room. Pets are not allowed.

The first highlight is already waiting in front of the flat - the walkway leads through a spacious and well-maintained garden, which you can also use. In winter, the winter paradise is right outside the front door. And all this with a magnificent view of the Churfirsten and the Toggenburg mountains. With one step out of the flat door you are directly in the hiking area. In winter, a few more steps will take you to the ski bus stop, which will take you comfortably to the village and the mountain railways. The holiday apartment Bella Vista is a cosy retreat in Wildhaus. The freshly renovated and lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located in the quiet Riethalden district on the eastern village edge of Wildhaus. It is situated in a multi-family house and offers space for up to 4 people on 65 m². This makes it ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy peace and nature.
A special highlight is the bright conservatory on the west side, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the nearby Munzenriet, the Churfirsten and the surrounding Toggenburg mountain landscape. The view compensates for the climb to the second floor, as the house does not have a lift.
The equipment includes a cosy bedroom with a double bed, an additional sleeping option on the comfortable sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, and all necessary utensils. WiFi and central heating ensure pleasant comfort, and a private parking space, a garage, and an outdoor parking space are available. Additionally, there are sufficient storage options for your sports equipment.
The valley station Wildhaus Thur is only 1.6 kilometres away, the bus station in the village is accessible within 700 metres. A supermarket is also located in the immediate vicinity, so you can conveniently run all your errands.11 reviews

Eigentlich alles tip, top ausser der Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer, diese muss ZWINGEND und dringend ersetzt werden. Sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen, war eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Die Matratzen im Elternbett ist langsam durch. Mann müsste die mal ersetzen. Wenn mal drauf liegt, merkt man das sie an gewiesen Stellen schon ziemlich durchgelegen ist.
