Description
The 4.5-room holiday home «Bergdohle» is located slightly above and on the sunny hillside of Wildhaus. Pure sunshine and a breathtaking view of the Toggenburg mountains can be enjoyed directly from the living room, which is equipped with large windows. A spacious terrace and the adjoining garden invite you to linger and are for your sole use. The accommodation is perfectly suited for families as well as for couples. As of 2018, the house has been gradually renovated and offers homely and modern living comfort at the same time. The living room is furnished with high-quality furniture and a fireplace. On the lowest floor there is an additional living room with sofa, TV and reclining furniture for cosy hours. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a grand-lit (160x200cm), are available. A storage room for your utensils belongs to the house. The road to the property is cleared in winter, nevertheless a car with 4x4 drive and/or snow chains is an advantage. A garage vis à vis the house and outside parking spaces directly in front of the house are available.

The highlight is the beautiful garden with a spacious terrace and garden furniture. Here you can enjoy an unobstructed, impressive view of the Churfirsten and Alpstein – perfect for relaxed hours, cosy outdoor meals or simply to unwind.
Inside, you will find a bright living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, juice press and raclette set. Two comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide) and is particularly suitable for couples or guests who prefer to sleep a little closer together.
Further amenities include a bathroom with shower, complimentary WiFi, TV and modern heat pump heating for comfortable conditions throughout the year.
Three private parking spaces are located directly at the house. The bus stop "Wildhaus, Schönau" is only 600 m away, and you can reach shopping facilities within a few minutes.

The house offers 74 m² of space for up to 5 people with 3 quiet bedrooms, where you can enjoy the gentle sound of the stream, and is located on a sunny slope directly at the ski resort with impressive views of the Churfirsten.
The balcony invites you to relax whilst enjoying the fresh mountain air. In winter, you benefit from the proximity to the Wildhaus ski area and the ski bus stop right in front of the house. In summer, you can look forward to hiking and biking trails as well as a bathing lake just 400 m away.
The new, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher as well as raclette and fondue set offers high comfort. The living room with fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. There is a modernised bathroom, an additional second toilet, WiFi, as well as a ski and bike room with table football available.
Three parking spaces at the house and proximity to Wildhaus town centre with shops and restaurants make the location ideal. Perfect for those who want to combine peace, nature and mountain activities.

Die Lage, das Haus an sich ist einfach nur super. Sehr schade, dass es nicht mehr gemietet werden kann. Ebenfalls das Hunde erlaubt sind, ist top.

Der Preis ist bereits schon Richtung Wucher. Wenn ich überlege, dass ich für mein Haus mit 3x soviel m² pro Mt. gerademal CHF 800 Hypotheke bezahle, ist die Miete für die wenige m² schon fast frech....
Auch die Sauberkeit des Geschirr ist fraglich. Wsee more

Wie Sie schreiben, ist das Haus ein einer Top Lage, mit grossartiger Aussicht und viel Umschwung. Das sind Punkte, die in einen Mietpreis eines Ferienhauses ebenfalls einfliessen. Wir werden das aber gerne mit der EIgentümerschaft zusammen nochmals analysieren und danke vielmals für das Feedback. |

Hier fühlt man sich wohl - richtig Ferien. Besonders angetan hat es uns die offene Architektur und auch der Kamin, der die Abendstunden in eine heimlige Atmosphäre verwandelte. Es war herrlich.
