    Description

    High above Wildhaus, you can enjoy sunny holiday days in the holiday home Bergdohle with an unobstructed view of the Toggenburg mountain landscape. The spacious terrace and private garden invite you to breakfast in the fresh mountain air, relaxed afternoons or cosy evenings outdoors. In the bright living area with large windows, the panorama accompanies you into the living room and, together with the fireplace, creates a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The 4.5-room holiday home has been gradually renovated since 2018 and combines the character of a cosy holiday home with contemporary living comfort. Two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a Grand-Lit (160 × 200 cm) – provide space for families or couples. On the lowest floor there is an additional living room with sofa, television and loungers – a quiet retreat for reading, playing or relaxing. The accommodation also includes a practical storage room for sports and leisure equipment. In summer, the region offers a variety of hiking and cycling opportunities. The mountain railways and numerous attractions are within a short drive and make the Toggenburg an eventful holiday destination. In winter, you benefit from the proximity to the Wildhaus ski areas and the many opportunities for winter hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Good to know: A garage opposite the house and outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home are available. The access road is cleared in winter, but due to the sloping location we recommend a vehicle with all-wheel drive or snow chains.

The house offers 74 m² of space for up to 5 people with 3 quiet bedrooms, where you can enjoy the gentle sound of the stream, and is located on a sunny slope directly at the ski resort with impressive views of the Churfirsten.

      The balcony invites you to relax whilst enjoying the fresh mountain air. In winter, you benefit from the proximity to the Wildhaus ski area and the ski bus stop right in front of the house. In summer, you can look forward to hiking and biking trails as well as a bathing lake just 400 m away.

      The new, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher as well as raclette and fondue set offers high comfort. The living room with fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. There is a modernised bathroom, an additional second toilet, WiFi, as well as a ski and bike room with table football available.

      Three parking spaces at the house and proximity to Wildhaus town centre with shops and restaurants make the location ideal. Perfect for those who want to combine peace, nature and mountain activities.

    Auch die Sauberkeit des Geschirr ist fraglich. Wir waren nun 5 mal im Haus und jedesmal musste vorab das Geschirr, die Pfannen etc. separat gewaschen werden (das letzte Mal war es von allen Besuchen das sauberste aber noch nicht gut).

    Wie Sie schreiben, ist das Haus ein einer Top Lage, mit grossartiger Aussicht und viel Umschwung. Das sind Punkte, die in einen Mietpreis eines Ferienhauses ebenfalls einfliessen. Wir werden das aber gerne mit der EIgentümerschaft zusammen nochmals analysieren und danke vielmals für das Feedback.
