From the large furnished terrace, a dreamlike panoramic view opens up to the Churfirsten and the idyllic valley. The spacious meadow offers plenty of space for playing, romping and sunbathing.
The amenities include a washing machine, a cosy soapstone stove for comfortable winter evenings, free WiFi, electric heating, and a covered parking space near the house. A television and radio provide entertainment. The open kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances.

A lockable garage and an outdoor car park offer space for a total of 3 cars. The garage also offers enough storage space for your sports equipment, etc. Through the big window front to the north side, the living room is flooded with light and is ideally suited to end an eventful day. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, including a double bed and two single beds. A bunk bed provides additional sleeping space. The only bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a stove, oven and dishwasher, you will also find a refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer here. Coffee lovers will be delighted by the available coffee machine.
In the living room, a cosy fireplace invites you to relax. You also have access to a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The free WLAN connection will keep you up to date at all times.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private terrace or in the garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Two private parking spaces right by the house round off the offer.
