Description
The 5-room holiday house is located in the Wildhaus district of Steinrüti on the "Mittelweg" and is situated near the Spar supermarket (approx. 400m). It is on a slope and offers a wonderful view of the Churfirsten mountains. In summer, the garden, including a fire pit, invites you to barbecue. In winter, you can reach the village centre (village square) in about 5 minutes, from where you can conveniently take the ski bus to the valley station of the mountain railways. The basement contains the laundry and storage room, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and separate toilet. The double bedroom, which was previously located in the basement, has been moved to the attic. The room in the basement has been converted into a cool playroom with many toys and entertainment electronics. The holiday house was extensively renovated in 2010. The upper floor contains the remaining living area, including a children's bedroom. The house with a chalet-like character is ideal for families, whether in winter or summer.
No direct access: The path to the house leads across a meadow (approx. 50m), which is mowed in summer and cleared in winter. You can load your luggage directly on the "Mittelweg". Parking is available at the multi-purpose hall "Chuchitobel". Detailed information will be provided before arrival. Arrival in winter on snow-covered roads: Please ensure that your car has all-wheel drive or snow chains. The path to the property is relatively steep. Ask about the conditions during key handover. Although the road is regularly cleared, access cannot be guaranteed during heavy snowfall. If this is the case, you can load your luggage at the village square and reach the house via the "Mittelweg" (approx. 5-minute walk).

The ski school, the tennis court, the Munzenriet cross-country ski run and the valley station of the Wildhaus mountain railways are in the immediate vicinity. From the "Chalet Pfiff" you can wonderfully explore the surrounding area. The hiking trails lead almost past the house. Ideal for families, the ski school's children's land is within sight. A lockable garage and an outdoor car park offer space for a total of 3 cars. The garage also offers enough storage space for your sports equipment, etc. Through the big window front to the north side, the living room is flooded with light and is ideally suited to end an eventful day. With its 68 square metres, it offers space for up to 6 people and is the perfect starting point for your adventures in the Alps. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, including a double bed and two single beds. A bunk bed provides additional sleeping space. The only bathroom is equipped with a shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a stove, oven and dishwasher, you will also find a refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer here. Coffee lovers will be delighted by the available coffee machine. In the living room, a cosy fireplace invites you to relax. You also have access to a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The free WLAN connection will keep you up to date at all times. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private terrace or in the garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Two private parking spaces right by the house round off the offer. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in the holiday apartment.

Wir haben die Woche ausserordentlich genossen!
