Description
The holiday home (detached house) is located in the quiet Wildhaus neighbourhood "Schönau", which also gives the house its name. The house, which is located directly behind the Hotel Restaurant Schönau, was renovated inside and out in 2018 and offers a high level of living comfort, but also no frills. Quiet yet central, as the Postbus and ski bus stops are right at the front of the street. The highlight of the house is the fantastic courtyard, which was complemented in 2020 by a new seating area with a fireplace. You can catch the first hours of sunshine in the morning on the balcony and enjoy the evening sun on the south-west-facing terrace. Always with a marvellous view of the Churfirsten. You reach the house directly via the garage, which also offers plenty of storage space for your utensils. The living and dining area is completed with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms for a total of 5 people. The room with a "mattress dormitory" is particularly cool for kids. Of course, there is also a bathroom with shower. The house is perfect for family holidays or a trip with friends. After an eventful day, you can end the day in the evening sun or let your thoughts run free by the crackling fire. Pets are not allowed.

The 3.5-room holiday home "Lisa" (house part) is sunny and has a great view. The protected moor area "Munzenriet" opens up directly in front of the house. In summer it is ideal for long walks and in winter there is a cross-country ski run. A few more steps and you reach the valley station of the Wildhaus cable cars. The nearest bus stop is also close by. So the house is the perfect starting point for all kinds of leisure activities. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view from the Churfirsten to the Austrian Alps. Garden furniture is available. The children's slide directly into the garden will make children's hearts beat faster. And the spacious grounds are also a great place to spend some time. Whether active or relaxed, everyone feels at home here - perfect for holidays with the whole family or friends. The house part has a spacious living and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom The house has a large forecourt for parking vehicles. Discover the beauty of the Swiss mountain village of Wildhaus in this comfortable and well-equipped holiday apartment. With its 68 square metres, it offers space for up to 6 people and is the perfect starting point for your adventures in the Alps. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, including a double bed and two single beds. A bunk bed provides additional sleeping space. The only bathroom is equipped with a shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a stove, oven and dishwasher, you will also find a refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer here. Coffee lovers will be delighted by the available coffee machine. In the living room, a cosy fireplace invites you to relax. You also have access to a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The free WLAN connection will keep you up to date at all times. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private terrace or in the garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Two private parking spaces right by the house round off the offer. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in the holiday apartment.
